Trainspotting Screening

It's been fifteen years since audiences first saw Ewan McGregor sprint onto cinema screens in the classic British movie, Trainspotting. We celebrated the occasion with a special exhibition and screening on Wednesday 2nd February in Edinburgh, where its most iconic scenes were shot.

The film was played to a full house. In honour of this, one of British cinema’s most iconic films was given a special introduction by the new Director of the Edinburgh Film Festival, James Mulligan, and the editor of Little White Lies, Matt Bochenski.

After the film, an exhibition of rare photography and original promotional material was held at the Ingleby Gallery. The soundtrack to the night was courtesy of one of the artists from the now legendary soundtrack to this classic British film - a live DJ set from Paul Daley (Leftfield).

If you were lucky enough to attend the screening and have any pictures or videos from the night please feel free to share them on our Facebook page.
